Because we were placed in the third wave, we ended up waiting on the ground until the sunset was already over, After landing, a guide requested additional payment for videos/photos. We paid and were told the files would be sent shortly, but even after one month we still have not received anything, despite following up with the tour guides. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this operator.”
